All our fabric-based designs are made using ink.

Can I wash it? and put it in the dryer?
Yes, you can wash your clothes. We recommend washing them inside out. It is safe to put them in the dryer, but be cautious with machines that generate extreme heat.

Can I bleach or Iron my shirt?
Please avoid bleaching or ironing your shirt.

What brand is my T-shirt and crewneck?
Both your T-shirt and crewneck are from the brand Gildan (unisex). If you prefer a tighter fit, consider sizing down. Each listing includes a sizing chart for reference.

Is your crewneck cozy?
Absolutely! Our crewnecks feature a cozy fleece interior.

Can I put my mugs in the dishwasher?
Yes, you can put your mugs in the dishwasher—top rack is ideal. Just be mindful of extreme heat.

What type of vinyl do you use for your stickers? 
We use high-quality adhesive vinyl that is weather resistant and durable.

Can I apply the stickers to different surfaces? 
Yes, our stickers adhere well to various surfaces, including laptops, water bottles, and notebooks.

Are your stickers removable?
Yes, our stickers are removable without leaving residue behind.

Do you have any special care instructions for vinyl stickers? 
Avoid exposing them to extreme heat or soaking in water.

What is the difference between your vinyl stickers and your vinyl wall/car decals?
Our stickers are made by printing an image on special vinyl paper, they are removable and reusable. Our viny wall/car decals are made with ORAJET 351 vinyl (very strong and durable). We use a cutting machine to create the shape. It is permanent. It can be removed but NOT reusable. They can BOTH be used outside ex: on your car. 

What material are your tote bags made of? 
Our tote bags are made of durable canvas material.

Can I wash my tote bag? 
Yes, our tote bags are machine washable. We recommend washing them in cold water and air-drying.

Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs, our flat rate shipping is $18 for Canada and $27 for the United States.

Yes, we offer delivery! We’ve partnered with Gopher-it Deliveries, covering areas in Ottawa, Kemptville, Embrun, and Gatineau.

Who we are

I am a proud franco-ontarienne and being bilingual (french & english) household is very important to me. I am a passionate mother living in Rural Ottawa with my two kids, husband and two great danes.  

When I'm not busy with MilkMagique I run a book club in my little village and I love to spend time with my kids who has become an inspiration for me to turn this dream into a reality and have my message heard.
